Driven by a passion for law, Mr. Rakesh pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) & Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Laws from the prestigious NALSAR University of Law. He has extensive experience practicing before various High Courts across India and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, actively practicing before the Supreme Court of India and multiple High Courts. His areas of specialization include Corporate and Commercial Laws, constitutional writs under Articles 32 and 226, as well as civil and criminal matters.
